1. What inspired your image/look?
*We are from Texas so a majority of of our image comes from UGK, a group
that inspired us growing up. We also were influenced by Lil Wayne, Jay-z,
Ice Cube, among others. *
2. What would you say makes your music different from other rappers?
*What makes our music different from other rappers is to touch a variety of different subjects. We don’t just do club music or just street music, we cater to all audiences.*
3. Do you think your image has an important role in your music? Why or why
not?
*Yes it does, because all eyes are on you. In this game to have to stay true to you yourself and your fans. This how you stay successful.*
4. What advice do you have for new rappers in the industry?
*Our advice to new rappers is to be yourself. Don’t try and be these rappers that you see on TV because they might not be living what they are rapping. What works with them might not work for you. Be your own brand.*
5. Personally, what is your favorite genre of music besides rap?
*R&B. R&B music has so much creativity and passion in its music. It doesn’t matter who you are, mostly everyone has a favorite R&b track.*
6. Explain how your music represents who you are:
*We are 2 mature, creative, and intelligent guys. Our music represents how we live our lives everyday. No matter if the topic is women, life, parties, hustling, or family we have have lived it. Music is apart of us.*
7. What song of yours screams “RADIANCE” to you? And why?
*Our first single “Future Baby Mama”. The title may be a little funny but this a track that everyone, man or woman can listen to. The response to the track has been great, especially from the ladies.*
8. How did you find out about Golden Trends?
*We found out about Golden Trends from Twitter. Their website is on the
rise and I advise everyone to keep up with them and tune in.*
9. [SIGNATURE QUESTION]:: Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers once said that “The tie completes the outfit, and the shoes complete the man”, What completes your outfit and what completes you?
*We feel like the shirt completes outfit for us. As far what completes us is
the respect. People don’t have to like us or our movement but they got to
respect it.*
